1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service — Force Traveller rental, Maharashtra tour package, Shirdi trip, Igatpuri sightseeing, wedding transport or corporate travel — with Shree Swami Samartha Tours & Travels, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after direct confirmation from our team via call or WhatsApp (+91 9373545169). A booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation message from us.

3. Payment Terms

We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer. An advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings, especially for long-distance trips, wedding transport and group tours. Full payment is due before departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure: full refund of advance. Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% advance retained. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: full advance amount retained. For special occasions like weddings, different cancellation terms may apply.

5. Vehicle & Driver

We provide well-maintained AC Force Traveller vehicles with professional licensed drivers. We reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle in case of emergency. Passengers must follow driver instructions for safety.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must not carry illegal items, consume alcohol inside the vehicle or behave in a way that endangers others. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if these rules are violated.

7. Delays & Route Changes

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, government restrictions or other factors beyond our control. Route changes may be made for safety reasons.

8. Liability

Shree Swami Samartha Tours & Travels is not liable for loss of personal belongings during travel. Passengers are advised to keep valuables secure. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

9. Tour Packages

Tour package inclusions (meals, entry fees, hotel) are as specified at the time of booking. Any additional expenses incurred during the trip are the passenger's responsibility.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
